What happens with the information you give us when you book.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, address and the yard details you type into the booking form or text us.
- Photos of your yard, if you send them, and the photos we take of the finished lawn after each visit.
- Basic website analytics (pages viewed, buttons tapped, device type), if analytics is enabled on this site.
What we use it for
- To text or call you back, confirm the price and the day, and do the visits.
- To measure your lawn on the public property map.
- To send you invoices, receipts and, after your first visit, one request for a Google review.
- To see which parts of the site help people book, so we can improve it.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your number, address or photos with anyone outside the business.
- Add you to marketing lists or send you promotions you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Invoices and receipts are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Yard photos are kept for the season so the crew knows the property, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
