Booking

You can book by the online form, text, WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed when you receive a text from us with the price and your weekday. No deposit is taken.

Prices

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars before HST. The price is set by grass area, confirmed from the property map before the first visit. If the area is different from what you picked, we tell you before the first visit and you decide. If something on site changes the job that the map could not show, such as a lawn that has not been cut all season, we tell you before we start.

Payment

Per-visit services are invoiced by text after each visit and due within 7 days by Interac e-Transfer or card. Plans are billed on the 1st of each month. A receipt is sent by text or email.

Rain, weather and skipped visits

A visit moved by weather is made up on the next dry day. A visit you skip by text before 6pm the day before is not charged. If we arrive and cannot do the visit because the gate is locked or the lawn is blocked, and we could not reach you, the visit is charged at half price.

Monthly plans

Lawn, Lawn + Seasons and Everything: 12 monthly payments at a fixed price. Pause or cancel with 30 days' written notice (a text is fine); you pay for the months you had. Changes to the price for the next 12 months are sent in writing at least 30 days before renewal.

Snow clearing

Clearing is triggered by a snowfall of 5 cm or more and starts when the snow stops. The driveway (up to two cars wide unless quoted wider), the walkway to the front door and the front steps are cleared. Ice melt, extra spaces and other paths are on request. We are not responsible for ice that forms between clearings.

What we need from you

• Access to the lawn on your day: an unlocked gate or a code.
• Pets inside during the visit.
• A note about anything hidden in the grass: irrigation heads, invisible-fence wire, cables, stakes.

If something goes wrong

If we damage your property, we repair it or pay for the repair. Our work is covered by the Tidy-Lawn Promise. We are not responsible for lawn health problems we did not cause, such as drought, grubs, disease or damage from objects we were not told about.

Discount codes

One code per household, applied to the first visit, first cleanup or first plan month booked through this site. Not combined with the neighbour discount.

Photos

We send you a photo of the finished lawn after each visit. We may ask to use a photo of your yard on this site or social media, only with your OK, and never with people, house numbers or personal items in frame.
